Overview
Articles go through a workflow: Draft → In Review → Approved → Published. Authors create drafts that are submitted for review. Reviewers can approve, request changes, or reject. Published articles can be updated with a new draft that goes through the same review cycle. Version history shows every change with diffs. The review queue lists all pending articles for editors.
