Overview
Assign items to courses (starter, main, dessert, or custom course names). The kitchen receives and prepares items course by course. The server can "fire" the next course from the POS when the table is ready. This prevents the kitchen from preparing all courses simultaneously, ensuring proper pacing of the dining experience. Course status is visible on both the POS and KDS.
How It Works
This feature is part of the restaurant module. Fire courses in sequence — starters first, mains when ready, desserts on request.
