Overview
For one-off items or services that are not in the product catalogue, cashiers can create a custom sale line. Enter a description, price, quantity, and optionally a tax rate. Custom sale items appear on receipts with the entered description. Useful for miscellaneous charges, services, alteration fees, or new products that have not yet been added to the catalogue. Custom sales are tracked separately in reports.
How It Works
This feature is part of the pos module. Sell items without a product record by entering a description and price manually.
