Overview
Upload a CSV file with customer data and map columns to fields (name, phone, email, etc.). The system validates records, flags duplicates (by phone or email), and imports in bulk. Supports both creating new customers and updating existing ones. Essential for migrating from another system or onboarding a large customer base. Import history is logged for audit.
