Customer Lookup at POS

Overview
Before or during checkout, the cashier can search for a customer by name or phone number. Attaching a customer links the transaction to their profile, enabling purchase history tracking, loyalty point accrual, and on-account (credit) payments. The customer search is fast and works offline. If the customer is not found, a new customer record can be created inline without leaving the POS screen.
How It Works
This feature is part of the pos module. Attach a customer to a sale for purchase history tracking, loyalty points, and on-account payments.
