Overview
Staff can add timestamped notes to any customer profile — recording preferences, complaints, special requests, or follow-up actions. Notes are visible to all staff across terminals. The most recent note appears as a preview when the customer is looked up at the POS. Useful for personalized service: "Allergic to nuts", "Prefers window seat", "Waiting for back-ordered item".
How It Works
This feature is part of the customers module. Add internal notes to customer records for communication and relationship tracking.
