Overview
Create free-form tags (e.g. "wholesale", "VIP", "new-2024", "newsletter") and apply them to customer records. Tags are searchable and filterable in the customer list. Unlike groups (which affect pricing), tags are purely for organization and reporting. Multiple tags per customer. Tags sync across all terminals.

This feature is part of the customers module. Apply custom tags to customers for flexible segmentation and filtering.
