Overview
When an order is marked for delivery, assign it to an available driver. The driver sees their delivery queue on the Android app with customer address, phone number, and order details. Status updates (picked up, en route, delivered) are tracked in real-time. Delivery zones can be defined with minimum order amounts and delivery fees. Delivery performance metrics track average delivery time and driver efficiency.
