Overview
A structured onboarding flow for new merchant accounts: create the account, configure store details, import initial product catalogue (CSV or AI), set up tax rates, create user accounts, and verify POS connectivity. Intake batches group multiple merchants for efficient processing. Progress tracking shows which steps are complete for each merchant. Reduces onboarding time from hours to minutes.

This feature is part of the web_admin module. Batch onboard new merchants with guided setup — product import, store config, and user creation.
