Overview

The intent detection engine classifies incoming messages (from WhatsApp, chat, or support tickets) into predefined intent categories: order inquiry, product question, complaint, return request, pricing question, etc. Each intent maps to a resolution template or workflow. The system learns from resolved conversations to improve accuracy over time. 15+ built-in intents with extensibility for custom intents.
