Kitchen Printing

Overview

When an order is placed, items are automatically sent to the correct kitchen printer based on their category-to-station mapping. For example, drinks go to the bar printer while food goes to the kitchen printer. Each station can have its own printer with customizable ticket format showing item name, modifiers, quantity, table number, and order time. Supports multiple simultaneous kitchen printers. Essential for restaurants and cafés with separate preparation areas.
