Overview
Configure a points-per-dollar earning rate (e.g. 1 point per $1 spent). Points accumulate on the customer profile and can be redeemed at checkout as a payment method. Set redemption rules (e.g. 100 points = $1 discount, minimum 500 points to redeem). Point balances are shown on receipts. The web console provides a loyalty report showing total points issued, redeemed, and outstanding. Double-points promotions can be created for special events.
How It Works
This feature is part of the customers module. Customers earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts or free items.
