Order Hold & Recall

Overview
When a customer needs to step away or fetch a forgotten item, the cashier can hold the current cart. Held orders are saved locally and appear in a "Held Orders" list accessible from the POS screen. Each held order shows the customer name (if attached), item count, total, and time held. Recalling an order restores the full cart including quantities, modifiers, and any applied discounts. Multiple orders can be held simultaneously. Held orders persist across app restarts.
How It Works
This feature is part of the pos module. Park an in-progress order and recall it later to complete the sale.
