Payment Methods

Overview

Six payment types are supported out of the box: Cash (with automatic change calculation), Card (manual entry — no integrated terminal required), Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Orange Money, etc.), Bank Transfer, On-Account (for credit customers), and Custom (configurable label). Each payment method can be enabled or disabled per store. The payment screen shows only active methods with large touch targets for fast selection. Payment method reports break down revenue by tender type.

How It Works

This feature is part of the pos module. Accept cash, card, mobile money, bank transfer, and on-account payments with configurable options per store.
