Overview
Build promotions using a rule engine: Buy 2 get 1 free, 20% off all items in a category, Happy Hour pricing between 4-6pm, spend over $50 get 10% off. Promotions activate automatically at the POS when conditions are met. Multiple promotions can stack or be set as exclusive. Each promotion has a start date, end date, and optional day-of-week restrictions. Promotion performance reports show redemption counts and discount value.
How It Works
This feature is part of the customers module. Create buy-X-get-Y, percentage off, time-based, and category promotions that apply automatically.
