Overview
Track each staff member's sales performance: total revenue, number of transactions, average order value, items per transaction, discount usage, and refund rate. Compare performance across staff and time periods. Identify top performers and those needing coaching. Performance data comes directly from POS transactions linked to the cashier's PIN or login.
