Stock Counts

Overview

Create a stock count session, optionally filtered by category or location. Staff count physical stock using the Android app — scan barcodes and enter quantities. The system compares counted quantities against expected stock levels and generates a variance report. Variances can be reviewed and approved, then stock levels are adjusted to match the physical count. Supports partial counts (specific categories) and full counts. Count history is retained for audit.
