Overview
Define what each user role can access: which POS functions, which reports, whether they can void sales, apply discounts above a threshold, access settings, or view financial data. Pre-built roles (Owner, Manager, Cashier) cover common setups. Custom roles can be created with fine-grained permission toggles. Role changes sync to all terminals immediately. Essential for controlling access in multi-staff environments.
