Overview
When a customer with a phone number completes a purchase, optionally send a digital receipt via WhatsApp. Also supports delivery notifications (order confirmed, driver en route, delivered) and promotional messages. Uses the WhatsApp Business API. Message templates are configurable. Opt-in/opt-out is managed per customer to comply with messaging regulations.
