About Sync

Posterita uses automatic background sync to keep your Android POS and web console in sync.

Products not appearing on POS

Wait 2-3 minutes, force sync, check product is assigned to store and active.

Orders not showing on web console

Check internet connection and sync status indicator. Go to Settings → Sync and tap Sync Now.
