How to Process a Refund

Overview
Posterita supports both full and partial refunds directly from the POS.
Full Refund
- Open the Orders screen
- Find and select the original order
- Tap Refund
- Confirm and complete
Partial Refund
- Open the original order
- Tap Refund
- Deselect items or adjust quantities
- Complete the refund
