Overview
A searchable customer database accessible from both the POS and web console. Each customer record includes: name, phone number, email, physical address, date of birth, company name, tax ID, and free-text notes. Customers can be looked up by name or phone at the POS to attach to orders. The web console provides a full CRM-style view with filters and export capabilities.
