Purchase History

Overview

Every order linked to a customer is stored in their purchase history. The web console shows a chronological list of all transactions with order totals, items purchased, payment methods, and any returns. Useful for customer service (looking up what was purchased), loyalty verification, and understanding buying patterns. Purchase frequency and average order value are calculated automatically.

How It Works

This feature is part of the customers module. View the complete order history for any customer, including items, amounts, and dates.
