Overview
Create groups like "VIP", "Wholesale", "Staff", or "Loyalty Gold". Assign customers to one or more groups. Groups can unlock special pricing (group price lists), targeted promotions, and filtered reports. Group membership is visible on the POS when the customer is attached to a sale, allowing cashiers to apply group-specific offers.
